South Australian Consolidated Regulations18—Period for which drivers with disabilities permitted to park
For the purposes of rule 206(2) (Time extension for people with disabilities),
a driver to whom that rule applies is permitted to park on a length of road,
or in an area, to which a permissive parking sign applies for—
(a)
twice the period indicated on the sign; or
(b) the
period indicated on the sign and a further 90 minutes,
whichever is the longer.
Note—
A council may grant an exemption from rule 205 (Parking for longer than
indicated) under section 174C of the Act.
