South Australian Consolidated Regulations11—Speed past rear of stopped trams
(1) For the purposes
of rule 163(3) (Driving past the rear of a stopped tram), the maximum speed at
which a driver may drive past a tram in accordance with that rule is the speed
limit that would otherwise apply to the driver for the length of road.
(2) For the purposes
of rule 164(4) (Giving way to pedestrians crossing the road near a stopped
tram), the maximum speed at which a driver may drive past a tram in accordance
with that rule is the speed limit that would otherwise apply to the driver for
the length of road.
