9—Oral advice and written notice on recording of positive breath analysis reading

        (1)         The oral advice required to be given for the purposes of section 47K(2a)(a) of the Act (Evidence etc) must be as set out in Part A of Schedule 1.

        (2)         The written notice required to be delivered for the purposes of section 47K(2a)(a) of the Act (Evidence etc) must be as set out in Part B of Schedule 1.
