South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations22—Prohibition of fishing etc from certain bridges
(1) The Minister may,
if of the opinion that it is appropriate to do so in the interests of road
safety, by notice published in the Gazette, prohibit fishing or other
specified activities from a specified bridge or causeway.
(2) The Minister may,
by notice published in the Gazette, vary or revoke a notice under this
regulation.
(3) A person must not
contravene a notice under this regulation.
Penalty: $200.
