ROAD TRAFFIC (MISCELLANEOUS) REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 19FA

19FA—Purpose of Part

This Part makes provision for the categorisation of breaches of mass, dimension or load restraint requirements as—

            (a)         minor risk breaches; or

            (b)         substantial risk breaches; or

            (c)         severe risk breaches,

for the purposes of section 120 of the Act.
