South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the purposes
of the definition of "prescribed public utility in section 3(1) of the
Act, a prescribed public utility is an entity within the ambit of a
declaration made by the Surveyor-General by notice published in the Gazette
for the purposes of this regulation.
(2) The
Surveyor-General may, by subsequent notice in the Gazette, vary a previous
declaration under subregulation (1).
