ROADS (OPENING AND CLOSING) REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 3

3—Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—

"Act" means the Roads (Opening and Closing) Act 1991 ;

"unmade road" means a road that is not sealed with bitumen (or other surfacing material) for use by motor vehicles.
