(a)
suitable resources must be provided and used to ensure that conditions at the
opal mine are safe; and
(b)
systems of work must be employed to ensure that conditions at the site are
safe; and
(c)
employees' work must be supervised and the work carried out in a safe manner;
and
(d) a
self-employed person must take reasonable care to protect his or her own
health and safety and the safety of others; and
(e) the
work must be carried out in accordance with any direction or recommendation
given by a competent person or by an occupier of land in control of
the activity.
