South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The purpose of
this Division is to prescribe standards to ensure—
(a) that
designers, manufacturers and suppliers of confined spaces eliminate, or where
that is not reasonably practicable, minimise, the need to enter a
confined space; and
(b) that
persons in control of confined spaces eliminate, or where that is not
reasonably practicable, minimise, risks to persons who must enter or work in a
confined space.
