of section 28(3)(b)(iia) of the Act, the prescribed number of copies
is 1.
(2) For the purposes
of section 28(3)(b)(iii) of the Act, the prescribed fee is $483 plus the fee
referred to in subregulation (3).
(3) The fee payable by
an applicant for consent to clear native vegetation for the preparation of the
report referred to in section 28(3)(b)(iia) of the Act is the Minister's
estimate of the reasonable cost of preparing a report of that kind determined
after consultation with the Council.
(4) The Council may
remit payment of, or refund, the whole, or part, of a fee payable or paid in
relation to an application (including a fee for a report under
section 28(3)(b)(iia) of the Act).
(5) For the purposes
of section 28(5) of the Act, any agency, instrumentality, person or body
approved by the Council as an entity that may prepare a report of the relevant
kind is specified.
