NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE (NATIONAL PARKS) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 42

42—Prescription of offences—section 73A

An offence against regulation 43 that arises from a contravention of or failure to comply with a regulation set out in Schedule 1 is prescribed for the purposes of the definition of "prescribed offence" in section 73A of the Act.
