South Australian Consolidated Regulations41—Permission of relevant authority
(1) A permission
granted by the relevant authority pursuant to these regulations must be in
writing and may be included in a lease, licence or agreement with the
applicant or (unless it is published in the Gazette) be in the form of a
permit and may—
(a) be
conditional; and
(b) be
varied or revoked by the relevant authority at any time.
(2) A permission may
apply to a particular person or persons or may, if published in the Gazette,
apply generally or to a particular class of persons.
(3) Where the
relevant authority grants permission subject to a condition, a person must not
contravene or fail to comply with the condition.
