(1) Subject to
subregulation (2), a person must not, without the permission of the
relevant authority, operate a generator or alternator in a reserve except in
an area set aside by the relevant authority for that purpose.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to the use of a motor
vehicle of a kind that is normally equipped with a generator or alternator.
