South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated RegulationsIn these regulations—
"commencement date of the new National Electricity Law" means the date of
commencement of section 12 of the National Electricity (South Australia) (New
National Electricity Law) Amendment Act 2005 ;
"NECA" means National Electricity Code Administrator Limited ACN 073 942 775;
"new National Electricity Law" means the National Electricity Law as in force
on or after the commencement date of the new National Electricity Law;
"old National Electricity Law" means the National Electricity Law as in force
before the commencement date of the new National Electricity Law.
