drive, ride, park or leave standing a motor vehicle on library premises except
in an area that is set aside for that purpose.
Maximum penalty: $100.
Expiation fee: $25.
(2) A person who
drives or rides a motor vehicle on library premises must—
(a)
comply with a reasonable direction of an authorised person; and
(b) obey
any speed restriction, traffic control sign or parking control sign displayed
on the premises.
