LIBRARIES REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 6

6—Use of library computers

A person must not use a computer that is the property of the Board and is situated on library premises—

            (a)         to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene or offensive; or

            (b)         to knowingly access obscene material.

Maximum penalty: $200.
