GENE TECHNOLOGY REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 40

40—Inspector identity card

For the purposes of section 151(2)(a) of the Act, an inspector's identity card must—

            (a)         display a recent photograph of the inspector's face; and

            (b)         state the date of issue; and

            (c)         state the period of its validity.
