South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations7D—Minister may review prohibition notice
(1) A person who is
barred from premises under a prohibition notice for a period exceeding 2 weeks
may apply to the Minister for a review of the notice.
(2) The Minister may,
on the hearing of an application for a review of a prohibition notice,
confirm, vary or revoke the notice.
(3) A
prohibition notice continues to apply pending a determination by the Minister
of an application for review of the notice.
