South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations51—Liability of the Government in certain circumstances
Where legal proceedings are taken against a teacher which arise from any
alleged action of that teacher against a student of the school at which that
teacher is employed, and that alleged action was stated to have occurred
during the course of that teacher's employment as a member of the teaching
service, the teacher shall, without delay, forward a full report in writing of
the circumstances to the Director-General.
