South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations5—Use of school premises for other than school purposes
The head teacher shall have power to grant the use of school premises to
school bodies and, after consultation and agreement with the school council,
to organisations not connected with the school, under such conditions as the
Minister may determine.
