South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations48—Compliance with the regulations
(1) Teachers are
required to comply with these regulations and with such Departmental
instructions as are authorised in writing by the Minister or the
Director-General.
(2) The head teacher
is responsible for the proper keeping of all school records and for the prompt
preparation and forwarding of all Departmental returns.
