South Australian Consolidated Regulations44—Grounds for decision as to whether to suspend, exclude or expel
(1) A decision as to
whether a student should be suspended, excluded or expelled under these
regulations must be made having regard to—
(a) the
severity and frequency of the misbehaviour of the student; and
(b) the
student's prior record of behaviour and response to previous sanctions (if
any); and
(c) any
other relevant matter.
