South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations36—Criminal offences by teachers
(1) Where a teacher is
charged with a criminal offence any proceedings which may have been commenced
by the Director-General or by the Appeal Board in connection with the facts
concerning that offence shall be stayed.
(2) Nothing in
subregulation (1) shall be deemed to affect a suspension which may have
been imposed on the teacher pursuant to section 27 of the Act.
