South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations35—Delay of proceedings by the Director-General
Where the Appeal Board is hearing an appeal by a teacher on any matter the
Director-General shall delay any action against that teacher in respect of
that matter until the Board has notified its determination of that appeal.
