34—Action following lodgements of appeal

        (1)         The Appeal Board shall, on receipt of notice of an appeal, give to the Director-General and to the appellant at least seven days notice in writing of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the appeal.

        (2)         The Board shall hear that appeal as soon as practicable.

        (3)         Where the Board has made its determination on any particular appeal made to it, it shall notify in writing the Director-General and the appellant of its decision.
