South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations32—Selection of members to constitute an Appeal Board
Where the Director-General is required under section 45(3)(b) of the Act to
select from the panel of officers of the Department an officer to be a member
of the Appeal Board for a particular appeal, he or she shall not select an
officer who—
(a)
performed the action or made the decision, determination, recommendation or
provisional appointment appealed against; or
(b) is
employed in that division or group of the Department of which the appellant is
a member.
