South Australian Consolidated Regulations31—Complaint against a Departmental officer
(1) If a teacher at
any time considers that he or she has just cause of complaint against any
officer of the Department when that officer is acting in the course of his or
her duties, the teacher may appeal in writing to the Director-General for
consideration of his or her case, and the Director-General shall notify the
teacher in writing of his or her determination in that matter.
(2) Where the teacher
is not satisfied with the determination of the Director-General notified to
him or her in writing pursuant to subregulation (1), he or she may,
within fourteen days of the receipt of that notification, appeal to the Appeal
Board against the determination of the Director-General.
