South Australian Consolidated Regulations28—Minister may recover salary paid to teacher in certain circumstances
Where for any cause a teacher receives salary or allowances or both to which
he or she is not entitled under the Act, whether such salary or allowances are
in respect of a vacation period or not, the Minister may require the teacher
to repay to the Minister such salary or allowances or both, and in the event
of the Minister's so requiring the money may be recovered by the Minister by
action in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due and owing to the
Minister.
