South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations115—Education Gazette, directions and instructions
(1) The Minister may
from time to time issue such directions and instructions not being
inconsistent with the Act or these regulations as may be necessary or
convenient in the exercise of the powers and functions conferred upon him or
her by the Act or prescribed by these regulations.
(2) The Minister may
issue a publication to be called the Education Gazette which shall contain
instructions to teachers concerning their professional duties and such other
matters as the Minister may determine.
