(a)
associated structures are all structures (including a roof) that are supported
by footings that protrude beyond the boundaries of the community parcel and
include all things attached to those structures;
(b) the
prescribed distance for the protrusion of footings and associated structures
is 200 millimetres or such other distance as the Registrar-General may
determine in a particular case.
