South Australian Consolidated Regulations21—Notice for payment of contribution or instalment
(section 114(6)(a))
A notice of a contribution or instalment of a contribution served by a
community corporation on the owner of a lot must include the following
information:
(a)
identification of the lot in relation to which the contribution or instalment
is payable; and
(b) the
amount of the contribution or instalment; and
(c) in
the case of a contribution that is payable in instalments—the amount of
each instalment and the day on which each instalment is payable; and
(d) the
day on or before which the contribution or instalment must be paid (being a
day not less than 14 days after the notice is served); and
(e) the
total amount that the corporation has decided to raise by way of contributions
by the owners of community lots; and
(f) the
purpose or purposes for which the money raised will be used; and
(g) the
rate of interest payable in respect of a contribution or instalment that is in
arrears; and
(h) the
name of the person to whom the contribution or instalment should be sent or
delivered.
