South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) At the hearing of
an appeal—
(a) the
Tribunal is not bound by the rules of evidence and may inform itself on any
matter, in any manner it thinks fit; and
(b) the
proceedings must be conducted according to equity, good conscience and the
substantial merits of the case without regard to technicalities and legal
forms.
(2) At the hearing of
an appeal, any party may appear personally or by legal practitioner or other
agent.
