South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations18—Authorised payments under section 30(1)(b)
For the purposes of section 30(1)(b), a payment—
(a) to a
third party for engineering, drawing, surveying or other professional
services; or
(b) to
reimburse the cost of building indemnity insurance or the amount of any fee
required to be paid under an Act in respect of the work performed or to be
performed under the contract; or
(c) of
not more than $1 000 as a deposit,
is an authorised payment.
