(1) For the purposes
of section 29(5)(a) of the Act, 15 per cent is prescribed.
(2) For the purposes
of section 29(5)(b) of the Act, a domestic building contract may include a
provision entitling the building work contractor to recover, if the contract
specifies an hourly rate of charge, the amount determined by applying the rate
to the work actually performed.
