South Australia Business Names Regulations 1996 under the Business Names Act 1996 Contents 1 Short title 4 Interpretation 5 Fees Schedule 1--Fees Legislative history 1--Short title These regulations may be cited as the Business Names Regulations 1996. 4--Interpretation In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears-- Act means the Business Names Act 1996. 5--Fees (1) The fees fixed by Schedule 1 are payable to the Commission for the purposes set out in that Schedule. (2) The Commission may waive, reduce or refund a fee (or part of a fee) payable under these regulations if satisfied that it is appropriate to do so in a particular case.
