212—Entering and leaving a median strip parking area
(1) If information on
or with a traffic control device indicates that a driver must enter or leave a
median strip parking area in a particular direction, the driver must enter or
leave the area in that direction.

"Median strip parking area", "traffic control device" and "with" are defined
in the dictionary.
(2) If there is no
information on or with a traffic control device that indicates that a driver
must enter or leave a median strip parking area in a particular direction, the
driver must enter or leave the area by driving forward.
