South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Senior Judge
is the principal judicial officer of the Court.
(2) The Senior Judge
is responsible for the administration of the Court.
(3) In the absence of
the Senior Judge from official duties, responsibility for administration of
the Court devolves on the most senior of the Judges of the Court who is
available to assume that responsibility.
(4) The Senior Judge
may exercise the powers of the Chief Magistrate under the
Magistrates Act 1983 in place of the Chief Magistrate in relation to a
Magistrate who is a member of the Court's principal judiciary.
