The execution by or on behalf of the State of an agreement between the State
and the Commonwealth substantially in the form contained in the Schedule to
this Act is hereby authorised; and any agreement executed pursuant to this
section shall be deemed to be approved by the Parliament of the State and
shall be binding on the State.
