South Australian Consolidated Acts58AF—Availability of action in another State not relevant
(1) It makes no
difference for the purposes of this Subdivision that, under the
substantive law of another State—
(a) the
nature of the circumstances is such that they would not have given rise to a
cause of action had they occurred in that State; or
(b) the
circumstances on which the claim is based do not give rise to a cause of
action.
(2) In
subsection (1)—
"another State" means a State other than the State with which the worker's
employment is connected.
