South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts13—Immunity of members of Advisory Committee
(1) No personal
liability attaches to a member of the Advisory Committee for an act or
omission by the member or the Committee in good faith and in the exercise or
purported exercise of powers or functions under this Act.
(2) A liability that
would, but for subsection (1), lie against a member lies instead against
the Crown.
