WILDERNESS PROTECTION ACT 1992 - SECT 36
(1) An appeal lies
against—
(a) an
order of a District Court made in the exercise of the jurisdiction conferred
by this Part; or
(b) a
decision by a District Court not to make an order under this Part,
to the Supreme Court.
(2) An appeal under
this section must be instituted within 30 days of the date of the decision or
order subject to appeal, or such longer period as may be allowed by the
Supreme Court.
