VETERINARY PRACTICE ACT 2003 - SECT 37

37—Variation or revocation of conditions of registration

        (1)         The Board may, at any time, on application by a person with registration under this Division, vary or revoke a condition imposed by the Board on the person's registration under this Act.

        (2)         The Registrar and the Minister are entitled to appear and be heard on an application under this section.
