VALUATION OF LAND ACT 1971 - SECT 31

31—Service of notices

A notice that the Valuer-General is required to serve upon any person by or under this Act, may be served upon that person—

            (a)         personally; or

            (b)         by post; or

            (c)         by affixing it in some conspicuous place upon the land to which it relates.
