South Australian Consolidated Acts18—Form of valuation roll
A valuation roll will be in such form as the Valuer-General determines and
must contain the following particulars in respect of land subject to a general
valuation—
(a) the
name of the owner; and
(b) a
description of or reference to the land sufficient to identify it; and
(c) the
annual value, the capital value and the site value and the unimproved value of
the land, so far as those values have been determined by the Valuer-General;
and
(d) such
additional particulars as the Valuer-General may determine.
