South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Council may
approve the formation of any association of students, or students and staff,
of the University that is to be formed for the purposes of promoting the
interests of students, or of students and staff.
(2) Such an
association of students, or of students and staff, of the University cannot
adopt a constitution or rules, or alter its constitution or rules, unless the
proposed constitution or rules, or the proposed alteration, has been approved
by the Council.
