(1) Subject to this
Act, no civil liability attaches to a member of the Council for an act or
omission in the exercise or purported exercise of official powers or
functions.
(2) An action that
would, but for subsection (1), lie against a member of the Council lies
instead against the University.
(3) This section does
not prejudice rights of action of the University in respect of an act or
omission not in good faith.
