TERRORISM (PREVENTATIVE DETENTION) ACT 2005 - SECT 45

45—Offences of contravening safeguards

A person commits an offence if—

            (a)         the person intentionally engages in conduct; and

            (b)         the conduct contravenes—

                  (i)         section 29(1); or

                  (ii)         section 30; or

                  (iii)         section 33; or

            (iiia)         section 33A(1); or

                  (iv)         section 42(1), (2), (5) or (9); or

                  (v)         section 43(1), (4) or (6); or

                  (vi)         section 44(2).

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
