TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION ACT 1975 - SECT 41
(1) Offences against
this Act are summary offences.
(2) Proceedings for an
offence against this Act must not be commenced without the consent in writing
of the Minister.
(3) In any proceedings
for an offence against this Act an apparently genuine document purporting to
be under the hand of the Minister and to record his or her consent to the
commencement of the proceedings must be accepted as proof of that consent in
the absence of proof to the contrary.
