TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) ACT 1988 - SECT 11

11—Secrecy

Except as is required or authorised by this Act, the Authority and its officers must not, directly or indirectly, divulge or communicate information acquired pursuant to this Act.

Penalty: Division 5 fine or division 5 imprisonment.
