TRUSTEE ACT 1936 - SECT 34A
34A—Notice where trustee acts in two or more trusts
(1) A trustee acting
for the purpose of more than one trust or estate shall not, in the absence of
fraud, be affected by notice of any instrument, matter, fact or thing in
relation to any particular trust or estate if he has obtained notice thereof
merely by reason of his acting or having acted for the purposes of another
trust or estate.
(2) This section
applies whether the trusts were created before or after the commencement of
the Trustee Act Amendment Act 1941 .
